The (not so) Great Flood

My 3 year old son just flooded my bathroom, hallway, and laundry room with toilet water.  He has a favorite pastime of stuffing toilet paper in the toilet.  He especially loves to put the end of the tp in the toilet, and then flush it so it keeps pulling it off the roll.  He has been punished for this behavior several times, but still he continues to do it.  Today took the cake.  I cannot drink heavily enough to rid myself of the seething anger I feel, because I nurse the baby and I don't need a little tiny drunkard on my hands on top of this.  I just lost several bath towels, and 2 throw rugs to the cause, had to get on my hands and knees and scrub the floors with bleach, clean everything that was on the floor (trash can, step stool, kid potty seat...), clean the entire bathroom, and then steam mop.  Luckily the baby was sleeping.  My husband had to be on location for work today, so he is not around to help.  He's on his way home, though, and told me he'd help with whatever was left when he got here.  I told him I sure hoped it was finished before he got home!  It is, thank goodness.  Now everything I say is in angry voice, and I'm breathing hard enough to blow down the little pig's brick house.  I'm sure there is steam coming off my head.

I guess I could look at is as a jump start on my weekly cleaning.  At least the one bathroom, and most of the mopping, is done now.  Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
